Users must always provide accurate and honest information while using the platform. Any attempt to mislead customers, manipulate product details, or provide false claims is strictly prohibited.
Users must behave respectfully toward other users and customers. Harassment, abusive language, threats, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
All users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to creating fake orders, manipulating delivery confirmations, abusing the wallet or payout system, or attempting to exploit platform loopholes.
Users must not upload, list, or promote illegal, restricted, or prohibited products. This includes counterfeit goods, stolen items, or products that violate applicable laws and regulations.
To maintain trust in transactions, users must not misuse the return or refund system. Submitting false claims, intentionally damaging products, or providing fake or AI-generated proof (including manipulated unboxing videos) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
Users must not attempt to bypass the Drapso platform for transactions. Any attempt to take orders, payments, or communication outside the platform to avoid fees or policies is not allowed.
Content uploaded to the platform, including product images, descriptions, or any media, must be original or properly authorized. Users must not copy or reuse content from other sellers without permission.
Users must ensure that their activities do not negatively impact the platform's performance, reputation, or user trust.
Drapso reserves the right to monitor activity and take appropriate action in case of violations. This may include content removal, account suspension, permanent banning, wallet freezing, or legal action where necessary.
Repeated violations or serious misconduct may result in immediate termination of the account without prior notice.
