Delivery is considered complete only after OTP-based confirmation from the customer. This confirmation is mandatory for payout processing.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or other external factors, Drapso will not be held liable but will assist in resolving the issue.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are included in the final order price or displayed at checkout.
