By accessing or using Drapso (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users including wholesellers, resellers, and visitors. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Drapso is a technology platform that connects wholesalers and resellers. Wholesellers can list products and resellers can create online stores and sell those products. Drapso facilitates transactions, payment processing, and payout distribution but does not own or manufacture any products listed on the platform.
To use Drapso, you must:
Drapso reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate policies.
All customer payments are processed and collected by Drapso. Funds are held until delivery is successfully completed and verified. After delivery confirmation, earnings are credited to user wallets. Users can withdraw funds weekly or via automatic weekly transfers.
Drapso charges a commission of approximately 5% per transaction. Payment gateway fees (e.g., Razorpay) are deducted from the platform’s commission. Remaining amount is distributed between wholesellers, resellers, and logistics.
Only successfully delivered orders are eligible for payout. Cancelled, returned, or failed deliveries will not be paid. Drapso may hold payouts in case of disputes, fraud, or policy violations.
Users must not:
Violation may result in account suspension, fund hold, or permanent ban.
Wholesellers are responsible for product fulfillment. Delivery confirmation is verified via OTP. Without confirmation, payments will not be released.
All content on the platform including branding, design, and technology belongs to Drapso. Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform content without permission.
User data is collected and processed as per Drapso’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such data usage.
Drapso acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for: Product quality, Delivery delays, Disputes between users.
Drapso reserves the right to: Suspend or terminate accounts, Withhold or cancel payouts, Remove content or listings. If any policy violations or suspicious activities are detected.
Drapso may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
