Privacy & Platform Policy

Transparency and Trust for Wholesellers & Resellers

Last Revised: 2026

By logging into and using the Drapso platform as a Wholeseller or Reseller, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, including our platform rules, payment structure, and data practices. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our platform.

Drapso Ecosystem

Drapso operates as a marketplace platform connecting wholesellers and resellers. Wholesellers are allowed to upload and manage products, including setting base prices, stock levels, warehouse addresses, and providing bank account and GST details where applicable. Resellers are allowed to create their own online stores using a Drapso-provided subdomain (such as storename.drapso.com), import products from wholesellers with one click, set their own selling prices, and provide bank details for receiving payouts.

Information We Collect

In order to operate the platform effectively, Drapso collects certain information from users:

This information is used to manage user accounts, enable product listings and store functionality, process payments, track orders, confirm deliveries through OTP verification, and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.

Financial Structure & Payouts

All payments made by customers are received and processed by Drapso. These funds are securely held until the order is successfully delivered and verified through OTP confirmation. Once delivery is confirmed, the corresponding earnings are credited to the wallets of the respective wholesellers and resellers.

Users can withdraw their wallet balance either weekly or through automatic weekly transfers to their registered bank accounts. Only orders that are successfully delivered are eligible for payouts. Cancelled, failed, or returned orders will not be considered for payment.

Commission & Revenue Sharing

Drapso charges a commission of approximately 5% on each product sale. The remaining amount is distributed among the wholeseller, reseller, and delivery charges based on the platform’s internal structure. Payment gateway charges, such as those from Razorpay, are deducted from Drapso’s commission. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this revenue-sharing and commission structure.

Operational Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and truthful information on the platform:

Monitoring & Enforcement

Drapso reserves the right to monitor activity on the platform and take appropriate action in case of violations. This may include account suspension, wallet freezing, withholding of payments, or permanent termination of the account. In cases of suspected fraud, disputes, or policy violations, Drapso may temporarily hold payouts for investigation.

Data Security & Third Parties

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. User data may be shared with trusted third parties such as payment gateways, delivery partners, and government authorities if required by law. However, Drapso does not sell or misuse user data.

Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

Intermediary Disclaimer

Drapso acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between wholesellers and resellers. Drapso is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays caused by sellers or logistics partners, or disputes between users.
