Platform Operations
Drapso operates as an intermediary platform connecting wholesalers and resellers. All payments for orders are collected by Drapso and held securely until delivery is completed.
All wholesalers and resellers agree to comply with this policy.
Cancellations
Customers may request order cancellation only before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed and such cases will be handled under the Return Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- Wrong product has been delivered
Unboxing Video Proof
To claim a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video as proof. The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed package
- Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
Any refund request submitted without proper video proof will be rejected.
Right to Reject
Drapso strictly reserves the right to reject refund requests if:
- The video is unclear, edited, or incomplete
- The claim appears to be fraudulent
- The product has been intentionally damaged
- AI-generated, manipulated, or fake videos are detected
Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
