Reseller (Seller) Policy

Guidelines for maintaining a fair, transparent, and trustworthy marketplace

01

Role of Reseller

Foundation

A reseller on Drapso can create an online store, import products from wholesalers, set selling prices, and sell to customers. Resellers do not own inventory but act as sellers to end customers.

02

Responsibilities

Resellers are responsible for:

  • Managing their store (subdomain provided by Drapso)
  • Setting fair and transparent pricing
  • Displaying accurate product information
03

Pricing & Customer Responsibility

Fair Trade

Resellers must:

  • Avoid misleading pricing
  • Not overpromise delivery timelines
  • Maintain transparency with customers
04

Orders & Earnings

Transaction Flow
  • Orders placed by customers are processed through Drapso
  • Payments are held until delivery is confirmed
  • Earnings are credited only for successfully delivered orders
05

Refunds & Returns

Policy Compliance

Resellers must follow Drapso's:

  • Refund Policy
  • Return Policy

Resellers cannot override or create policies that conflict with Drapso rules.

06

Prohibited Activities

Strictly Forbidden

Resellers must not:

  • Create fake orders
  • Mislead customers
  • Abuse pricing or promotions
  • Attempt to bypass the platform
Violations may result in suspension or account termination.
07

Dispute Management & Accountability

Resolution Authority

In any dispute (refunds, returns, delivery issues, or complaints):

  • Drapso will act as the final decision-making authority

Decisions will be based on:

  • Platform policies
  • Order data
  • Proof submitted (e.g., unboxing videos)

Resellers agree that:

  • Drapso's decision is final and binding
  • Payouts may be adjusted based on dispute outcomes
08

Policy Compliance

Mandatory

Resellers may display store-level policies, but they must comply with Drapso's platform policies at all times.

09

Agreement

Acceptance

By using Drapso, resellers agree to follow all rules and accept Drapso's authority in dispute resolution.
