Role of Wholeseller
A wholeseller (vendor) on Drapso is responsible for listing products, managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring product quality. By using the platform, you agree to comply with all Drapso policies and operational standards.

Product Listing Responsibility
Wholesellers must ensure:
Accurate descriptions, images & pricing
Correct stock availability
No misleading or false information
Drapso reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that violate these rules.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Wholesellers are responsible for:
Timely processing & dispatch
Proper packaging
Ensuring correct product shipped
Failure to fulfill orders properly may result in penalties, account suspension, or reduced visibility.

Product Quality & Returns
Wholesellers are accountable for:
Damaged or defective products
Incorrect items shipped
If a return or refund request is approved (based on Drapso policy), the wholeseller must accept the return and bear the applicable cost as per platform rules.

Payment & Earnings
Payment only after successful delivery (OTP-based)
Wallet credits & weekly processing
Payments may be held in case of disputes

Prohibited Activities
Wholesellers must not:
Upload counterfeit or illegal products
Provide false information
Manipulate orders or deliveries
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Dispute Management & Accountability

When disputes arise

  • Drapso acts as final authority
  • Decisions based on policies & proof (including unboxing videos)
  • Wholesellers must comply with Drapso's final decision

Drapso reserves the right to

  • Deduct amounts from wholeseller earnings
  • Hold payouts
  • Penalize accounts for repeated issues
Agreement
By using Drapso, wholesellers agree to follow all policies and accept Drapso's authority in dispute resolution.
