Drapso respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. This policy applies to all content uploaded, shared, or displayed on the platform.
Platform Property
All platform-related content, including but not limited to the Drapso name, logo, design, software, and technology, is the exclusive property of Drapso and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
User Responsibility
Users (wholesellers and resellers) are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they upload, including product images, videos, descriptions, branding, and trademarks, does not violate any intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair marketplace, users must strictly adhere to the following:
- Upload copyrighted images or videos without permission
- Use brand names, logos, or trademarks without authorization
- Copy product listings, images, or descriptions from other sellers or platforms
- Use misleading branding that imitates known brands
Additionally, Drapso prohibits the use of AI-generated or manipulated content intended to deceive customers, including fake product representations or misleading visuals.
Enforcement & Action
If a user uploads content that infringes on intellectual property rights, Drapso reserves the right to:
- Remove the content immediately
- Suspend or terminate the user account
- Withhold payouts if required
- Take legal action where necessary
Drapso may act upon receiving complaints from rightful owners or authorities. Users agree to cooperate in resolving such disputes and provide necessary information when requested. In case of repeated violations, strict action including permanent account termination may be taken.
Ownership & Licensing
Users retain ownership of their original content but grant Drapso a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content for platform operations and marketing purposes. Drapso reserves the right to modify or remove any content that violates this policy or harms the integrity of the platform.
